YSU’s ‘Puppy Palooza’ Helps Ease the Stress of Final Exams

It's great to see universities and local shelters working together to provide students with stress relief during exam periods. There is evidence to suggest that interacting with animals, such as petting a dog, can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels in humans. It's also heartening to hear that the puppies seemed to enjoy the event as well. Hopefully, initiatives like Puppy Palooza will continue to be held at universities and other institutions to promote mental health and well-being.
