A TikTok food reviewer named Keith Lee came across a struggling seafood food truck in Las Vegas owned by Gary Shanks. Despite having an allergy to seafood, Shanks offered to accommodate Lee's allergies by preparing his food in separate dishes with new oil. Impressed by Shanks' generosity, Lee returned the next day and gave Shanks $450 via Cash App as a gesture of support. The video of this encounter went viral and led to more people supporting Shanks' business. What a way to spread the word!
