Apple and Google are collaborating to make contact tracing happen. This even works with both, iPhones and Androids! It is a very simple process. For example, if your friend has an Android, you have an iPhone, and you guys were hanging out. Then, your friend gets the virus, but you don't know. You'll get a notification saying that you might have been exposed to the virus.
