Tilman Fertitta said on Tuesday he believes the coronavirus pandemic will provide lessons to restaurants that could make them more profitable in the years ahead.

“We’ve all learned to operate so much more efficiently,” he said on “Power Lunch,” suggesting profitability could increase by 10%
