Pearl, a small dog from Orlando, Florida, has been named the world's shortest dog on the Guinness World Records' Italian TV show "Lo Show dei Record." Pearl is just 3.59 inches in height and about 5 inches long, weighing 1.22 pounds. Despite her size, Pearl has a big personality and is known to be a bit of a diva, barking in front of cafes until she gets some cream. Pearl's owner, Vanesa Semler, said they are blessed to have her and to have this unique opportunity to break their own record and share the news with the world.
