Jay Withey helped save two dozen people during a winter storm in Buffalo and was thanked for his actions by the Buffalo Bills and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York with two tickets to the upcoming Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona as a surprise from retired Bills running back Thurman Thomas and his wife Patti. How cool is that!
