Maine Woman Replaces 3-Year-Old Boy's Stolen Bicycle, Inspires Others to Give

Writer: Aryaman Sinha Aryaman Sinha

A woman's act of kindness in donating a new bike to a 3-year-old boy whose bike was stolen in Rockland, Maine, is being celebrated. The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, drove from Oxford County to the Rockland Police Department to donate a new Spiderman bicycle, matching helmet, and bike lock for the little boy after learning about the theft via a Facebook post by the Rockland Police Department. The woman's generosity and selflessness didn't go unnoticed, with a store clerk giving her money for tolls, and the Mid-Coast Recovery Coalition collecting donations from anyone who would like to support her.
