Lakeland Woman Wins $2M After Using Life Savings to Pay for Daughter's Cancer Treatment

Geraldine Gimblet, a mother from Lakeland, Florida, won $2 million on a $2,000,000 Bonus Cashword scratch-off game after her persistence paid off. The gas station clerk initially told her there were no tickets left, but she asked him to double-check because she preferred the crossword games. She completed the puzzle and realized she had won.
