A man in Kazakhstan climbed out of a building's window without ropes or harnesses to rescue a child who was dangling from a glass panel. The incident happened last year and a video of the rescue recently resurfaced. The man grabbed the child's leg and pulled him to safety before passing him to someone inside the building. It's unclear if anyone was injured during the incident.
