Coronavirus infections haven’t spiked since Europe loosened lockdowns

In Italy and across most of Europe, countries have restarted their economies. “It’s amazing that [the virus] has not started back,” said Angelo Pan, who leads the infectious-disease unit at the public hospital in Cremona. This virus has not rebounded in Europe which means that people can resume their lives in a midified way.
