The rules for a cruising restart from U.S. ports continue to evolve, with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) adding two new guidelines for cruise ship companies to follow. The good news is that the new guidelines will reduce testing requirements for fully vaccinated passengers.
