Bill Gates is investing in a new seaweed-based feed that aims to reduce the methane emissions produced by cows. The feed, which is derived from a strain of seaweed known as Asparagopsis, has been shown to reduce methane emissions by more than 80% when given to cows in small doses. The goal is to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change. I remember doing a research project on this last year! It's crazy to know that someone like Bill Gates is investing in this!
