Personal information collected by a new digital border pass for international travel will be passed on to the states and territories for contact tracing and other health reasons as the federal government looks to rely on the technology to remove a ban on Australians leaving the country. I know that this reopening stuff seems pretty slow, and you just can't wait for this pandemic to end (don't we all?), but slow and steady wins the race!
