ZeroAvia, a hydrogen-electric aviation startup, has completed a test flight of a 19-seat aircraft powered by hydrogen fuel cells. The flight took off from Cotswold Airport in the UK and lasted about 10 minutes. The company has raised over $140 million in funding and received over 1500 pre-orders for its hydrogen fuel-cell systems. The startup has been flying test flights for several years with smaller planes, but this is the largest plane it has tested to date. The test flight is being considered a major step towards commercial launches of hydrogen-powered planes. Sick!
